• Manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications.


• Conduct inspection at site and ensures materials to be used shall conform to contract plans and specifications.

• Prepare necessary documents to be used during regular meetings.


• Coordinate with other discipline supervisors within the area of responsibility.
• Inspection and Quality control of all Infrastructure works Survey Layout, Excavation, Bedding, Pipe Laying, Jointing, Rebar of Manhole, Concreting, waterproofing & Backfilling Also Structure Work Under pass, Box Culverts, Earth Work, Cutting of Mountains, Soil Embankment , Sub grade, Sub Base etc.

• Reviewing Project Specification, Drawing and Quality Control plans and procedures.
• Inspection Test Plan (ITP) according to the Contract and Design General Specification (DGS).
• Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site control plans/ control procedures.
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Ensure that all sites are carried out according to reference documentation for parts of the plant within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion.
• Reporting & updating all issues with QA/QC Manager & Construction Manager.
• Preparation Weekly & Monthly progress reports.
• Inspection of all Civil Work Drain Pit, Water Cooler Foundation, Pipe Rack and different types of Foundation, Erection of steel Structure including Excavation, Compaction, Blinding, Rebar Work, Formwork, Concreting, Coating, Protective Coating and Backfilling.
• Independently handling all issues regarding Quality Control.

• Inspection Test Plan (ITP) according to the Contract and Design General Specification (DGS).
• Reporting to QA/QC Manager about all the issues, Progress, Invention and Field solutions.
• Preparing weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.
• Good Knowledge about material usage in Civil Construction field.
• Coordination of QA Staff for the internal and external audits.
• Attending QA/QC and General Construction Meetings of company to solution of issues.
• Material Testing of Concrete & Earth Work (Road Base, Sand, Gatch).
• Inspection all Civil work of Wellhead 6 No. and 10 No. Manifolds Foundation, Erection of Steel Structure, Electrical Substation Building, including Excavation, Compaction, Blinding, Rebar Work, Formwork, Concreting, screeding, waterproofing, Coating, Protective Coating and Backfilling.
• Preparing all QC Dossiers & Good Relation b/w Client to handing over the project.

• Supervise site preparation and set all requirements on Manpower, materials, tools and equipment’s needed on operation for Earth moving, lay-out, setting of reinforcement bars, placing of form works, inspection based on approved plans and specification, concrete pouring and curing.
• Supervise all Finishing Works like masonry, painting, carpentry, ceiling and waterproofing.
• Prepare all necessary documents like Request for Inspection, Billings & Quotation.
• Evaluate the accomplishments of Project for the corresponding monthly billings.
• Supervise and give instructions to Foremen/Supervisor for daily activities according to work priorities.
• Compile the daily report of Foremen/Supervisor for future reference & evaluation.
• Monitor project site daily & weekly accomplishments with respect to project work schedule & identify performed work activities ready for inspection.
• Progressively built and compile the Project turnover package through the construction schedule and maintain the up to date the Records.
• Supervise and responsible for all Civil work of Drainage an water supply work like Excavation, Bedding of Base, Pipe Laying, Jointing, Alignment, Rebar Work, Formwork, Concreting, Coating, Testing and Backfilling.
• Independently handling all issues of work.

• Inspection according to the Technical Specification & Drawing.
• Conducting field inspection and producing inspection reports for various
construction activities
• Underground- Inspection and reporting on underground storm, water and sewer.

• Concrete Works- Pre-pour Inspection of formwork, reinforcing steel and concrete
placement
• Roadwork’s- Inspection of embankment construction, gravel and asphalt placement.
